Monday April 14

Here are some reminders from Ms. Vander Schaaff:

1. Reminder that I need the contact sheet. I 'd like to post it and make copies for the cast, but it's also essential as we head into tech. Please make sure I get a copy on Monday.
2. Please remind your casts that if they were not at rehearsal on Friday that they need to check the bulletin board. There is a sign-up sheet for T-shirts (note your size), as well as sheets that people must sign if they are going on chorus tour or a boarder.
3. Mike, Matty B, Eric--if you want T-shirts/charms, you should sign up on the sheet, too. I have asked Mr. Harding to help get the crew's sizes, etc.
4. Rehearsal on Monday, April 21 (Kingswood Day) has been extended to 1pm. It will now be 9am-1pm.
5. I need clean copies of Ian and James' scripts.
6. Ticket reservations for cast and crew should be made via email. Tickets@pennington.org

From Houston: You will need to send your program information to Matty B. and Mike this week. You need to list your casts/characters (make sure names are spelled correctly), a brief director's note (why you wrote this, your inspiration, any other info. that your audience should know about your vision, the play, etc.), time period/setting information. We will also do a page of special thanks, so if there were individuals who helped make this show possible for you, we will include them on that page. (Logan and Eric need to work on their video, so until they are done with that, M and M will be working on the program and ticketing)

Rob/Greg- Please send Matty B & Mike the list of crew and their respective jobs.

I want a medium sized shirt.

Matty B--sign up on the board in the hall. Or, someone who reads this post can do it for him and let him know that they have helped this playwright in need of a t-shirt.

allright, im back. evan i think weve set our stuff straight for the console, but i still need and lighting or sound ideas that you may have (unless you talked to greg, im not sure). Also James, if your there do you finally have you boat? we need that as soon as possible so we can start to figure out how to stabilize it and what exactly you want it to do.

Rob,
I told Mr. Harding today that James said he'd bring the boat in tomorrow (Tuesday). He emailed me to make sure tech knew that.

can we order tickets now?

tech - i will double check on lighting, but when do we need to discuss internal set changes done by the tech crew? (i put it on my tech questionnaire, but i've never actually discussed it.)

shirts - when should we order them? next week is quickly approaching.

my rehearsal today was unproductive - i was planning on running my show but it was really impossible to do that without lindsay. seriously, you should make freshman direct plays - i would have never missed a rehearsal or talked while the director was talking. its so annoying!

ok, and still no one has gotten back to me about filming. can anyone do it? michael?

i'm getting tired of blogging. Anyway,I will email tickets@pennington.org very soon. Rehearsals are going well. Everything seems like it is going to work out, but there is still a lot of work to be done. Houston, stop writing such long posts. I need help with transition music. I have most of it, but I think I need to spit ideas off of someone else. Especially Mike and Matt. Lighting and teching is going to compeltely such!!!

rob- i brought the boat in around 9 last night. Its in the tech shop and I put two notes on it saying handle with care. Its re-dic-ulus-ly old and fragile so just be careful when moving it, as I do need to return it. Also avoid nails and screws. Thanks.

I'll email about tickets soon, I just need to find out about whether someone's coming or not.

I emailed my script, sorry, i really spaced this weekend.

Games Jravener, I can't wait to see the boat.

p.s. i just realized that m&m can mean mike and matt, not just mike and marly

:(

apparently I am not good enough for the programs.... this lack of faith means i am going to have to leave the shows and cry at home for the next two weeks. Also, can't wait to hear the music Matty B picked out, should be very sentimental and dramatic to hold the sheer weight of the script.

and i forgot to tell marly that if mike is unavailable, i can film. hope you look at this blog again. Is goot.
