I would assume that the tech crew would need to know about all set changes by this Friday. I have recommended to Rob that Friday's rehearsal may just be a "moving stuff" walk through rehearsal with the people who are here. There is a great likelihood that actors will need to move things as well as Anita and Elyse, so everyone should plan on Friday being a run through of all six shows of set changes only. Like a speed through. We did one or more of those for Stargirl, remember? Thoughts on this? I would like to especially hear from Rob on this one. And all six directors.
Also, Logan and Eric, I want to see your videos and Ms. VS should see it, too. That way we can weigh in on changes as soon as possible.
Program stuff needs to get to Mike and Matty b. Start with final cast lists first, and then you can take more time on thanks and director's notes.

the speedy run through sounds like a plan for me. The only problem I foresee is that it is chorus tour. Obviously we can run through the shows but Marley wiuldnt be there. And ian I think too? That could propose a slight problem unless this has previously been worked out.
our videos are basically done, you can come check them out when evs.

friday sounds good, especially since im not all that familiar with the changes going on in the plays (except andrews). so a quick run through on that we could sit in and watch or participate in would be amazing.
How many people are actually going to be there on friday? aren't there going to be alot of actors gone for the chorus tour?
Rob are those two spotlights still over at the lecture center?
I think you can still do a speed thru without all your actors. Maybe we don't do Marly's or Ian's shows. But, Rob needs to see how bodies and furniture are moving through space. And there is no other time to do it.
Hanks--there is a note on the board in the hall, a sign up for those on chorus tour. Not too many actors gone, I believe. Not as many in years past.
Ian--make sure someone in your cast knows the machanics of your set changes for Friday. Someone not on chorus tour.
Rob and Greg--Marly cannot do lights for Hanks' show. She can--in a pinch--but I think you should find someone else b/c her play is immediatley before Hanks.
Logan and Eric--can I watch the DVD on Thurs or Fri after school? What can I watch it on.
All- remind your actors about FRIDAY--all called.
MONDAY--be there by 8:45am. We START at 9am. No late actors. Make sure they understand that this is not a "rolling start".
I will not be around on Friday, and neither will Lindsay or Colleen. I definitely think you will need to sit through my show. Do you even have a running crew? I could come early on Monday, perhaps.
a speedy run through on friday sounds good...My four main actors will be there on Friday so that will be helpful (I didn't lose to many people to chorus tour). Is it possible to run my play first on Friday? Darby is only going to be at rehersal for a short amount of time and she's key in my play so it would be great if we could run it while she is there...thanks!
