From Ms. V-
Reminder that I need bio's from all of you. Got them from Marly, Lauren, Evan, Mike Lang, Andrew Hanks--thank you.
Also, need to get a group photo of all directors. Would like to get a group photo of all writers. I know you hate photos, and if you want, we can stage it looks more candid...
Also-as of now, props is getting sandwiches for Evan and for Lauren. No one else has said they need one from props. I have gotten word that a few of you will get special ones yourselves.

I know my tech took like a century yesterday, so thank you to all the other directors for being understanding.
I talked to a few of the other directors about this, but others of you can chip in - the transition lights feel way too bright to me. I understand the running crew needs to be able to see, but it seems much brighter than we usually have. In the audience, it almost makes it looks like another scene is starting. The changes, at least in my play, are not going to be pretty and the audience does not need to see them in full light. I'm not sure if we can fix this or not, but I just thought I'd add my two cents.
also, spread the word about the senior cast party on saturday night while still keeping it on the down low.
i agree with Marly's bolg. them seemed bright to me. blablabalablablabaughhhhughgugguhgughug
Marly I didn't know we're ahving a party. what are the details with that?
If anyone wants to give me money and an order I will go get you a sandwich for the play. I'm planning to go to quickcheck before the play tomorrow and get a sandwich for Don, so if anyone has any simple orders like an Italian, turkey with cheese or whatever just tell me and I'll pick one up.
Mrs. Vandershaff If you can I'll need 3 tickets for Saturday
A few notes from Harding (9PM). I would like to address the transition / Set Change lighting situation: When is the last time that three, totally inexperienced running crew members have had to change six different sets for six different shows? Answer: Never. Houston asked / trained all of you about the complexity of creating elaborate sets and this is the result of what you have created. I would like to point out that Lauren's play has two changes, thus, it moves along quickly. Jame's and Evan's play have major set changes and thus, they move slowly. Add onto the complexity of your sets, the complexity of your sound and lighting cues, well - you get my point. If you think set transition was slow, think about how slow it would be if the running crew couldn't see what it was doing. They might drop and damage a very expensive lighting instrument for example.
